Eric has always been an active member of the community and spent several years involved with Kamloops Youth Soccer and was Association President for three years as well as having coached numerous Teams at all levels. Eric has also sat on the Thompson River’s University Foundation Board and is also an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce. Platinum Realty Inc was also the major corporate sponsor for the TRU Summer Sports Camps from 2005 to 2010.

Eric has been a brokerage owner for more than 15 years and most recently owned Kamloops- Platinum Realty Inc, which he opened in May of 2004. Eric decided to close Platinum Realty Inc, the Brokerage, in June of 2011 and created the Platinum Real Estate Team at RE/MAX to focus on his personal real estate business and to further his commitment to his clients by fully implementing the MaxAvenue Real Estate Buying & Selling Systems. Eric is very proud to have been the first Realtor and Brokerage Owner to have been given the first and only exclusive Maxavenue License to practice the Maximum Value Home Selling & Buying System which is the most advanced systems the real estate industry ever created.
MaxAvenue Home Buying and Selling Systems were developed by Harold Ware of Austin, Texas. Harold has been building and advising Corporations in the U.S for over 35 years before he retired. In 2004, Harold was drawn out of retirement by the lack of business acumen and level of service he saw in the real estate industry and MaxAvenue and was born.
