Kamloops Market Update

As we moved into the fourth month of 2018, real estate sales in Kamloops in March were higher in 2018 than at this time last year, with 565 residential properties sold to date vs. 600 in 2017. The number of new residential listings is the fewer as last year with 974 homes on the market vs. 1,054 las year at this time. Of 210 units sold last month, 169 were sold in Kamloops. There were 966 active listings as of 3/31/18 vs. 1,204 on 3/31/17.

The median price for homes sold in Kamloops in continuing was $462,500 while the median for Kamloops and District was $425,000. These figures compare to $437,000 in February in the city vs. $415,000 in the District.
