Kamloops Market Update

As we moved into the 4th month of 2019, real estate sales in Kamloops in March were slightly lower in 2018 than at this time last year, with 555 residential properties sold to date vs. 562 in 2018. The number of new residential listings is higher than last year with 1015 homes on the market vs. 974 last year at this time. Of 218 units sold last month, 172 were sold in Kamloops. There were 1005 active listings as of 3/31/19 vs. 966 on 3/31/18.

The median price for homes sold in Kamloops in March was $502,500 while the median for Kamloops and District was $454,500. These figures compare to $455,000 in February in the city vs. $430,000 in the District.
