Testimonial

“Eric has been our realtor since 2004 when he helped us find the house we have called home for 13 years. Three years ago we started looking for our perfect “retirement” home.
Eric worked very hard to help us achieve this goal.
After two failed attempts we decided to try one more time. Not only did Eric help us find our retirement home but he was able to sell our house for $10,000. over asking in less than 24 hours.
It has been a pleasure to work with Eric when both buying and selling our homes He came highly recommended when we moved to Kamloops and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing to buy or sell in the Kamloops area.”
