Kamloops Market Update
As we moved into the third month of 2018, real estate sales in Kamloops in February were higher in 2018 than at this time last year, with 355 residential properties sold to date vs. 324 in 2017. The number of new residential listings is the same as last year with 610 homes on the market vs. 610 at this time. Of 196 units sold last month, 147 were sold in Kamloops. There were 895 active listings as of 2/28/18 vs. 1,130 on 2/28/17.
The median price for homes sold in Kamloops in continuing was $437,000 while the median for Kamloops and District was $415,000. These figures compare to $427,000 in December in the city vs. $409,250.
