After having our house on the market for over 7 months with a different real estate agent, we decided to interview Eric and hired him immediately. We learned more in our initial meeting with Eric than our entire previous listing experience. Before re-listing Eric helped us prepare our home properly and had a professional photographer in to take photos. After listing with Eric at a slightly higher price than our initial asking price, our home sold in 17 days for 98.5% of asking price!! We are happy to refer all our friends and family to consider the Platinum Process Home Selling System and list with Eric Putoto.
